How did we get to a point where illegals are being treated better than many of our own citizens?
Our culture has survived as long as it has because we are a society that by and large respects the laws of the land. But as the years go by, more and more laws seem to become unworthy of compliance. Our porous southern border is a symptom of a much larger problem.
Blatant disregard for the law, along with a sense of entitlement are at the root of our troubles where illegal immigration is concerned. Mexican citizens seem to believe they are somehow owed a place in our society, and they are willing to break every law on the books, violently at times, to stay here.
Legal American citizens die every day at the hands of illegal immigrants. True enough; Americans also die at the hands of other Americans, too. But that doesn't eliminate the fact of functionally illiterate illegals who drive with fraudulent licenses in uninsured cars. Traffic deaths related to illegal immigrants are increasing at an alarming rate. Crimes ranging from robbery to sexual assault by illegal immigrants are committed at a rate disproportionate to their numbers. While there are certainly illegals in this country whose only crime is that of illegal entry (and that's bad enough), there is a disturbingly large criminal element crossing our border with Mexico. Their number grows each and every day, and our government is letting it happen.

I don't think the illegal immigration issue is nearly as complicated as everyone makes it. The statistics linking crime or whatever to illegal immigrants, whether they are true or not, are simply irrelevant. The way I see it, the key word here is "illegal." As long as the law says it's illegal, those who come here anyway are committing a crime and should be treated as criminals. If a person found guilty of murder stands out in the street protesting the fact that murder is illegal, I'm pretty sure the police would not hesitate to throw him or her in jail. Same goes for illegal immigrants. I have nothing against Mexicans in particular; all illegal immigrants should be treated equally under the law.
People argue it's inhumane to arrest/deport illegal immigrants because they have children here or are "good people." Honestly, that's not a valid argument at all. Do we pardon murderers because they have children? Not to mention, the illegal immigrants -chose- to have children here, -knowing- that they were breaking the law to be here in the first place. So who's fault is it, in the end? No one in the US forced people to come here illegally; no one forced them to have children here. The blame lies solely on the parents. It's not the government's job to assist people who knowingly break the law.
I'm sure someone will accuse me of hating immigrants, or try to lecture me on how important immigrants are to this country. Don't bother. Both my parents immigrated to the US -legally-, which is exactly why I have no tolerance for those who essentially "cut" in line for access to this country. If anyone should shun illegal immigrants, it should be the -legal- immigrants.
If citizens of the country want to reform immigration, that's perfectly fine. If the people vote to change immigration laws, fine. But the way it stands now, illegal immigrants are criminals by definition. Period.
Simple. Liberal groups like the ACLU are damn near nothing but America hating socialist and the Repubs have been bought out bu corporations wanting slave labor.

I have one point to disagree with though, our government let it happen to begin with, our government left the loopholes and has encouraged it.
But now it is reaching the point where WE are letting it happen.

Get a map- There is an entire continent below us, it expands past Mexico.
Children of illegals can be legal, thus they have rights. It is very simple, it is one reason why America has been such a consistently popular destination.
Our culture has more likely survived not because we have been static and simply compliant (Revolutionary War, Civil War, Civil Rights- ring a bell at all?) but because Americans have often changed, adapted and progressed. Immigration has been an enormous part of our success story.
Fact is if you aren't 100% American Indian then you're a part of that immigrant story too.
Most illegal immigrants do not have a sense of entitlement. Most work hard and keep to themselves.

We have all kind of persons here.We have good and bad illegals,but we have good and bad citizens too.It doen't make sense to speak in a general sense.
The illegals problem is very hard to solve and the government has to make big decisions to finish that knowing this country needs this labour force for productivity.In the other side;this country doesn't need neither criminals nor drug sellers also who are "legal citizens".Bad illegals are not needed too.

It also State , that 63% of blacks are in prison as,drug offenders and that blacks are 20- 57 times more often sent to prison on drug charges more that those of whites.
