Is Japan the only developed country that doesn't have problems with immigration?
Answer:
First of all, East Asian nations including Japan are mono culture and doesn't take immigrant policy.
98% of the poplation is Japanese in Japan.
98% is the descendant of Han Chinese in Taiwan
95% is Han race in China.
Nearly 100% is Korean in S.Korea.
These nations are rather mono culture and mono racial nation (wide array of ethnic groups in China are minority).
Probably the key for their lfe is "unity".
And they know they don't wanna repeat the same failure with the west, such as the riot in France, racial conflicts in London, and LA riots in 1992, etc.
I think Japan will keep current policy for some time in the future.
By the way, who said and concluded racial diversity is good solution? to which nation?
Japan's immigration policy for illegals is simple they toss them in the sea. No fuss no muss no appeal.
It's easy for them - they are genetically homogeneous and gaijin (foreigners) don't blend in easily. Not even Koreans - Japanese and Koreans can spot each other a mile apart.
Japan tolerates lots of labor immigrants - construction especially. Lots of Iranians, Pakistanis, Bangledeshis.
There is no room for illegals and there is no room for the people already there!
My father worked there for 3 months and the living space is VERY cramped compared to the US and he would never want to immigrate there!
Not all things in Japan are good, so please don't be mistaken. But they don't seem to have any immigration problems, which is one of the things that is good.
China has no immigratoin problem other than those wanting to leave! Their policy is simple, just shoot the illegals. Maybe the US should take lessons!
Japan does not allow any Immigration just to get a job. They will only allow a foriegener to work there if it has been determined they need your specific talents. Even then, you cannot stay when finished.
Oh those racists . they are so intolerant of other people . Imagine them being proud of their cultures and wanting to preserve their heritage and way of life. Those dogs even put their own citizens first when it comes to health care. The next thing you know they will start opening up Japanese restaurants in other countries and people will actually have an idea of what to expect from the menu.
Oh to have an identity and not be ashamed to keep it. I wish this country had the balls.
