The solution would be:
1)put up a wall between US and Mexico and place the US armed forces on it.
2) Launch an invasion of mexico and annex it as part of the US
3) Bring illegal mexicans in US back into mexico while creating a US govt. structure to govern the territory.
4) Create a wall on mexicos southern border, and base coast-gaurd and the navy to patroll surounding waters.
5) 20+ years to stabilize the territory.
6) Start congretional process of adding teritorial states into the united states.
7) bring down the wall between us and mexican territory once full integration has been established. (30+ years)
That was the plan all along. This is just another way to get it done.

No, it would be a bad idea. People complain about tax increases and poor healthcare in the US already. These problems would greatly increase if the two countries merged. Why would Mexico want to merge with US anyway? We are two very different cultures. Nobody would benefit from it.

Californians, you need to call your Congresspeople and tell them they will be voted completely out of office and you will give money to their competitors if they vote for this new Senate bill granting amnesty to illegal aliens. If this bill passes (which it to support these illegals over their lifetimes. They pay an average of $8,000.00 a year in taxes each, but it costs us about $30,000.00 in taxes a year for each of them in terms of government programs they are entitled to access due to their income status. Which will likely never change. We cannot afford this! They need to do what our ancestors did: overturn their own government and set up a new one in its stead! With our help! That idea would literally put the US in financial jeopardy. There is no way the US could fund an overhaul project of that magnitude. Could you imagine the cost??? The average US citizen could not afford to live over the increased taxes and TAX BURDEN from the increase in AFDC benefit receivers.
Why not just give Mexico southern California and southern Texas. Give them a few years and it will be just another filthy drug infested cesspool but they will be happy. Now that I think of it, thats what it is turning into anyway.

People are complaning about the taxes but with more people to tax its less then they realize, especially since the mexican economy would get a definate boost. Illegal immigrants pay a significant amount of taxes in our country, and boost product sales, wether you realize it or not, most people don't realize how much money that is or economy would definitly be hurt if we were strict and throw out every illegal immigrant. In fact, many economists have found that illegal immigrant have boost our economy rather then drain it. However, what does happen is that they often compete for very poor minimum jobs which basically effects poor minimum worker, which are more likely to be black and puerto rican. Possibly a main factor why miniority stay at the poverty line more often. The biggest problem is health evaluation(not money wise, think carry diseases) and crime, and of course if people were under more strict laws policing, it would gradually decline. Like I said before if you transistioned state by state, like Jalisco, Mexico first it is do-able. Why not puerto rico first..
Besides it would show a strong american statement of world domination, don't you think. Next Canada, and then we'd pretty much dominate north america, easily take over south america, What's left over seas they can take it. Its too far and too many languages. Manifest Destiny- Its' both obvious and certain that the US needs and will expand.
Could you imagine if all the countries were exactly the same, a million years from now, because no one wanted to take even a small gradual change to their economy. We're already falling, while China and India and even the European Union (economy wise) are mega-increasing. We have the room just need more jobs, which you get by getting more people who needs services.
For those, of you think other people are sitting on their asses while you work hard for them. America actually has one of the least extensive (1st world country) welfare systems, that usually only serve people with children, by far single mothers. (so i have three rather poor arguments) one is that if the father was with the mother this wouldn't be such an issue(so you that have left a single mother with no support and then complain for shame), two these are people who are not sitting on their ***, their supporting children which you can agree is a job especially by yourself that is just not paid for, finally, economy that have higher taxes are sometimes better. For example, Belgium with very high taxes has ridiculsly great living conditions and the way they get around it is by giving out perks for jobs, everyone has brand new cars every couple of years, and lots of other perks.
By the way, I know your thinking it, I'm multi-racial and am a moral liberal, practical republican (what I wish/know and immediate before me, I live in CT(highest taxes)). My dad is from France, had an american father who was german,swiss and native american. My mom is cuban and puerto Rican. And my french grandma moved to Mexico, she hates how expensive it is in America. I also travel extensively. So I am partial to all that diversity crap..Besides to every other country I'm just American,
