It would give illegals legal status just on day after application, gangs, criminals too. Gang members are eligible for amnesty it they renounce their gang status, whether they do or not. Borders do not have to be secure before amnesty program begins.

Anyone who votes for an amnesty deserves to be voted out. They deserve the very worst that can happen to them. I hope every Congressperson that votes for an amnesty becomes a victim of illegal alien crime.
As soon as you and others like you run to the agricultural fields and low paying jobs and start working there, we will have no need for illegal workers. That is the root of the problem, we want to be so high class, that we just don't want to work in those places for that little money.
