I have been in the us since 1989 on a b-1?
Answer:
If your children were born here in the US, and they are US Citizens, and you are married to a US Citizen, the judge might show leniency and allow you to return to the country after deportation.
However, the main issue is the fact that you didn't have a valid immigration visa, and remained in the US. That is the main issue. However, if you are deported, your spouse can apply for a "Fiance/Spouse" visa which is typically a easier process, and usually granted. There will be some interviews that you and your spouse will have to do, but it's a less painful process than getting an immigrant visa, and it's not subject to the quotas that other visas are.
I'm sorry about your situation, I hope this points you to the right direction to get more information.
Sounds like you are on your way home. Should have obeyed the law to begin with. sorry.
well lets see you screwed up knowing that your status here was illegal for all those years. i really wouldnt give a crap if you were married to a us citizen and had childeren on us soil you was an illegal before you got married and before you had childeren. away with your lawbreaking ***
Well if your lawyer can make a good case of why you didn't show up you might be able tell the judge why you didn't show up. Also have proof that your children were born in the USA and it might give you a chance on getting your papers again and later your citizenship papers. But have everything there when you go.
you are an illegal immigrant who broke the law.......now what do
you think should happen to you? be honest
