When I'm EU citizen and my spouse is US citizen and our child is born in Asia?
Answer:
Your child will be an American because of it's father - just make sure to register the birth at your nearest US Embassy. All countries in the EU are different though and each have their own laws regarding citizenship - but there is a good possibility your baby will also have the same citizenship as you, which will make it a dual-citizen. :-)
I don't know. If it is a serious question, check here:

If you were both from the US, your child's citizenship here would be automatic, although you would have to file a paper. This scenario I am not sure about.
That questions troubles me.
I believe a child is considered a a citizen if the mother is a citizen. However, it is possible that this is only the case when the mother becomes a citizen (not if she was born in America).
If both parents are American citizens and the child is born elsewhere, then the child is an American. Paperwork will need to be filed (probably for a social security card).
