How do we kick out illegals?
What about children of illegal immigrants who were brought here years ago and no longer have any real ties to Mexico?
What about parents who have children that are legal? Do we separate families?
There are a lot of practical issues to think about here. Any ideas?

Enforce the laws prohibiting the hiring of illegal aliens.
If the incentive to stay dries up, people will leave on their own.
they are getting amnesty... TODAY! so shut up!
Screw them send them all back old young and in between or what slappy said
work permit will work but not amnesty...Not such thing will happen to kick them out so I say a realistic idea...
It's this simple. We need laws to fine employers who hire illegals and to fine landlords who rent to them. They will leave on their own.. no hearings... no deportations... no extreme costs to taxpayers...

Slappy...all that lead would be ecologically unsound for the environment. Have them build the wall at prison wages and then launch them over the top of it so they can litter up Mexico.
We don't... its almost impossible, what we do is come down like a ton of bricks on the landlords that house them and the employees that hire them, whatever the current fine or penalty is now we triple it and if they are caught harboring multiple times they face jail time themselves.
The major factor on this is that they broke laws.
Is it OK for you or I? No, We would have to pay fines.
They knew the consequences, they choose to cross over the fence illegally. They could of went to the INS and become legal citizens. But they decided to come here and demands rights.
I think that if one person in your family is illegal, then the whole family should go back to Mexico.
Unfortunately, it is not tenable to kick them all out. However, we certainly could do a whole lot more to keep them from coming in in the first place. Why can't those morons up on Capital Hill pull their collective heads out for one brief minute and see what needs to be done and do it?
We didnt ask them here we dont want them here. Wherever they end up, the crime rate gos up. They walked here let them all walk back. As far as just cause they were born here makes them legal well thats bulls###. If their parents, if you want to call them that,( because most mexican men i know would rather have sex with as many women as he acan and then move on, regardless of kids) are illegal then any offspring are as well.
You get some tolerance. They have every right to be here. We should be helping them not trying to "Kick them out". This is suppose to be America - "The land of the free"? What ever happened to that?
People forget about the word ILLEGAL, I'm all for LEGAL immigration, doesn't matter where you are from. America has laws, follow them or get out!
Fine the companies that hire them, the amount needed to deport. If they have kids here, counsel them, and get them to report 3-5 other people they know that are illegal, and they and their families can have amnesty. If not, get out. At least that would cut down the "amnesty" to maybe 5 million people?
We do not care about iraqi families or afghani families when we bomb them apart (it's the raw truth, it sucks, I care some, but I'm just talking most people in general), so why start playing the hypocrite card now?
Charge them taxes. Give them a gun send them to Iraq, if they come back allow them to be a citizen for fighting for our country. If they die send there dead body back to Mexico. If they don't want to fight for the country that they enjoy at our expense, still send them to Iraq just don't give them a gun.
Just keep hitting the companies that hire them and rounding them up, but on a massive scale.
NO hearings; just dump them and go back for more.
Put the national guard at the borders with orders to shoot on sight.
Change the laws so there can't be any more anchor babies: one or both parents have to be a LEGAL US citizen for the child to be one.
I hate when people say "Mexican" like that is the politically correct term for all illegal immigrants. First of all, there are people from hundreds of countries that are here illegally. Not all immigrants are from Spanish speaking countries. Second of all, you have to consider whether you are destroying peoples lives by not giving them choices. Americans should be flattered that everyone loves our country and can do better for themselves and families here. If you were in any of these scenarios, what would you want? Wouldnt you want your parents to have came to the U.S. to make better for you? Wouldnt you do the same for your family if you lived in a country where your family would have to live in poverty? I am hoping that you would have enough pride to work hard for little pay to provide for your family as these people have for years. Oh yeah, and by the way, my parents immigrated to the U.S. and so did my husband.

First of all, you're stupid. NOT ALL ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS ARE MEXICAN. Secondly, if you think that kicking people and their entire families out of the country and shooting people and giving orders to border patrol to shoot on sight is going to solve the problem then you have another thing coming. That's fine, start killing people, good idea. Also send all of the families back to their countries. I'm sure we won't mind because you forget many things, idiot. Guess what? Mexico is Latin America's largest oil producer. I don't think they will hesitate to cut off all supplies to the U.S. once they start killing people. these countries have militaries as well. whatever. it's going to turn into your problem, not mine.
