Applying for N-600 (certificate of citizenship) need help?

I want to apply for the certificate of citizenship but there is one thing stopping me....I need my birth certificate..I was born to U.S. Citizens parents but I was born in Oaxaca, Mexico and came to the U.S. when I was 3 months old....Out house caught fire and there went my birth certificate......I have been trying to obtain a new one to no avail no-1 can find it!! I am trying to start a new life and get my things together...I dont want to wake up one day and be deprted at the age of 33..send back to a country a barely now and dont even speak the language..please help

What about contacting the hospital in Oaxaca? Would they have a record of it there? Maybe a U.S. Embassy in Mx depending on what your parents were doing there.
