Also depends on where your parents claim citizenship. If your mum was born in germany and maintains a german citizenship you could have dual citizenship for England and Germany. If your father has citizenship in Wales and England then you could have citizenship in both. It also depends on the countries citizenship laws. If they just have ancestry in those other areas then you are a citizen of England. My family is German, but we were all U.S. born., so I am only a U.S. citizen with a German ancestry.
