they are breaking the law and want us to pay for their health care and school their kids for free when we cant even get good medical care for our self's and have our kids in great schools with out alot of red type. they don't pay taxes and get away with crime. does this help....

Demand all employers do background checks for legal residency. Illegals would leave on their own expense. Then concider a guest worker program.

Well, I don't know if deporting illegal immigrants is what you want to do now? You see some illegals have been here, worked here, and they have paid more taxes then the legals that we have, just under assumed names. How do you deduce that illegals have paid MORE taxes than "legals" here. Legal what??
A large percentage of illegal aliens work UNDER the table, thus paying NO income taxes WHATSOEVER. Most of the rest work using STOLEN or FAKE IDs (not "assumed" names).
In the end, they are still in this country illegally, and the fine for that, at this time, is deportation.

We shouldn't deport illegals. Why do that when they can deport themselves? When those backstabbing cowards in Washington get their crap together and finally decide to enforce our existing laws, illegals will go home.(can't work, no place to live, etc.)

4. If we put them in jail for breaking the law, it would be a drain on our penal system. Taxpayers fund the jails, too.
87 bankrupt hospitals in southern California, due to illegal immigrants with no insurance and no intentions on paying their bills. when an illegal immigrant comes to the USA, raises a foreign flag, hangs the stars and stripes upside down, and then demands amendments to our laws, this is an invasion, they are enemies to American Citizens. They are here ILLEGALLY. The problem is not to big, if 25 million American Citizens refused to pay taxes, the IRS would handle the problem with an iron fist. This country lets more legal immigrants in the country then the rest of the world combined.

I think the name illegal gives it away
Number 1 they broke a law and that's the punishment for breaking the law. Why have laws if there are not being enforced.
Number 2. The only other solution would be amnesty. Now how fair is amensty for all other people who come into the country legally? Furthermore, by allowing amensty it's giving the green light for others to come here illegally.
Start enforcing and deporting if every person who is here illegally gets deported it will send a message to others not to come. Some will but not nearly as many as those who are coming in now.

In your essay, you should most definitely consider other questions in order to give an unbiased answer.
1. What about illegal aliens that were once legal but overstayed their welcome? The people were possibly (in the case of student/work visas) allowed to work, attend school, have social security #s and pay taxes, and acclimated to American life. They do adopt American culture.
2. What about illegals who aren't from Mexico? There are people from many different places who become out of status, that does not mean they entered the country illegally.
Just remember to look out for other questions that will need to be answered in your essay, depending on the required length.
