How come the pro amnesty is saying illegal aliens may drink and drive without any consequences above the law?

I gather illegal aliens who drink and drive are excused from the law and the lives they take,with the arguement Americans do it, only Americans are not being deported and returning,but this being deported is not considered a crime by the pro amnesty for the illegal only wants a better life, Why are the pro amnesty saying illegals should not even be arrested? Should not be required to serve any jail time for killing Americans? Why is the pro amnesty saying illegal aliens are above the law.

Answer:
SOME pro believe in extreme version of Freedom. They believe they are smarter tahn the rest of us and is a better judge of what is a good law and what is bad. I prefer the community decide as a whole, because frankly if an individual decide, they would be biased by tehir selfish desires.

I don't know for sure in the truth of what you said, but seeing the mentality of teh California judicial system, I think some courts rather deport people for nonviolent crimes if they can, because it cost alot of money to keep a person in jail. I'm not saying it's right though. Frankly I would go the otehr way and want to put illegal immigrants who commit a crime to have a harsher punishment. For those who defend illegal immigrants, remenber that most of you guys stated they preform a below average number of crimes because they are hiding. Frankly if they broke one law, it's their obligation to show their not a bad person , by not commiting anymore violations.

Edit: Give illegal immigrants drivers license so if they drink and drive we could take it away?? They are driving without them in the first place. If we take away their drivers license, what keeps them from going back to their old habit of driving with out one???

They're not saying that. That's why they want to give illegals driver's licenses: so those licensces can be taken away when they get caught drinking and driving.
