An illegal immigrant convicted in a fatal drunk driving wreck in Nashville had been deported from the U.S. three times and allowed to leave voluntarily on eleven other occasions before the accident that claimed the life of a local guitar maker.
The revelation came during testimony by a federal agent at a sentencing hearing today for Julio Villasana. It was not immediately clear how he managed to re-enter the U.S.
Villasana, 34, was convicted of killing Charlie Derrington in the Aug. 1, 2006, wreck.

He was caught 14 times. I'm pretty sure there are those who ignore this and throw insults at you for being biased. They don't seem to bother thinking that the illegal immigrant who is caught 14 times must be doing something that is of concern. The average illegal immigrants would not be caught that often. We need to change our laws to be far more reasonable and to ensure the protection of our citizen.
Happens all the time. Sick, I know, but THIS is why we need to allow the LOCAL government start enforcing the immigration laws in the area. Crap like this wouldn't continue to happen if there was actual enforcement.

So is your problem that he is an illegal immigrant or that a person can actually do this? I'm sure that if you did more research, you will find that there are so many legal americans that have far more violations than this and are still given rights to drive on the road. Educating yourself is key especially when topics like this come up.

I know of several people that were deported more than once, only to come back. A paticular case I remember, the gentleman was deported on a Friday, and, before leaving the US, he had booked a flight from Texas- CHicago for the following Wednesday, and, sure enough, he was on that flight. Of course, this was pre- 9-11.
Illegals kill more Americans than the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq combined. I know this fact will just confuse those who think Iraq is about oil and illegals have rights.
