I have extensively read the full reports on the Ramos and Compian case and I feel that they were unjustly convicted. They should be pardoned.

To answer your question, Article II, Section 2 of The Constitution of the United States gives the President of the United States the exclusive right to issue pardons and commutations. Therefore, he's not "out of control."
I do feel he should pardon or commute the terms of the two Border Patrol Agents.

YES!! And the facts stand that there was a LOT of information that the jury was not let in on and they kept from them...not to mention that THREE of the jurors were FORCED to plead "guilty" because they were told that there would be "NO hung jury."

If Scooter Libby can be pardoned after perjury may be poor immigrants can also be pardoned for crossing border without papers. Everyone talks about the taxes they are not paying or adding costs to the health care and education.
