Well Danief, It is very interesting that you are defending drug runners ...think about it...do you think so little of our citizens that it has become ok to allow drug dealer illegals to come in and deal drug which for many is death? also the drug dealer illegal was shot in the rear, not in the back.and if it was me he would have taken one right between the eyes..

I am hoping that in the final days of Bush's presidency he will grant clemency or pardon those border guards. Normally, that is what a president will do, as a goodwill farewell type of gesture, history has proved this.
They are in Court today with Rep Duncan Hunter on their side and Prosecutor J Sutton(Bush's friend) who gave the illegal dope smuggler w/over 700 pounds of pot amnesty for TESTIFying against our Border Agents. Who really should be tried here.

These "brave" border guards were in the slammer for trying to cover their dumb@sses. Protecting us from invasion? Invasion of what more people from Mexico? Why is it that you turn the other cheek as to the REAL reason they're in the cooler?
I have written to the White House asking for a pardon for Ramos and Compean. Even Dianne Feinstein has now appealed to the White House for their sentences to be commuted. It is a terrible miscarriage of justice, especially in view of the immunity granted to the illegal alien drug-smuggler, Aldrete-Davila who is currently suing the US for millions. I think Congress needs to investigate Johnny Sutton who gave Davila immunity that allowed him to make another attempt to smuggle in drugs 8 months later. At worst, they should have had 3 days suspended with pay for not completing paperwork. I say give them a medal for working hard to secure our nation from illegal alien drug-smugglers.
