Are asylees and refugees included in illegal immigration statistics?

I'm writing a 20 page research paper on illegal immigration so I was wondering whether asylees, refugees and people under the Temporary protection status (TPS) are included in illegal immigration statistics

If they are or aren't can you give me a source (link, website) where it says that (an acadmeic journal would be really really appreciated). I need to use it in my list for bibliography and i need to reference that in my paper

Thank you!

Answer:
They are "documented aliens". So they are not illegals.

Illegal is someone whose presence is not known legally.

Documented alien is someone whose presence is known to US Government and one who has been issued an A# or Alien number. He or she is being processed for some benefit under US immigration laws or has filed some application.
No. They are legal.
I would guess not, but I have no was to verify this. Try the government statics on immigration or Ask.com
No, they're not considered illegal.
