Where can I read the proposed legislation reform in immigration?

A valid source please.

Answer:
I wish I had a hard copy too. I don't trust the White house site. They make it sound all nice, however 2.5 trillion is A LOT of money to come up with.
The best place to go to read any legislative proposal in congress is the official "Thomas" site, which is affiliated with the Library of Congress -- thomas.loc.gov. This site gives access to all proposed bills, all committee reports, and the congressional record showing debates and amendments. As with any website related to legislation, I would add the caution that -- if a bill is moving fast with multiple amendments -- this site is likely to lag a little behind in real time to the action on the floor.

Other official sites are www.house.gov for the House of Representatives and www.senate.gov for the Senate.
This is the White House web site if you look to the right you will see a fact and myth section.

The bill itself is big and I don't have an electronic link.I have a paper copy. But the White House summary is very good.
