I asked a question before, regarding crossing the border drunk , my parnter was driving.?

And he actually told me that the border officials photocopied all our documents, we are now on some list, or as one of the answer indicated "Flagged" his license.
what happens when we try to cross again?

Answer:
If you're "flagged," that means the folks at the border know that you and your partner committed a border violation before every time you cross -- they have it in their computer. May not mean anything at all depending on the officer you see, but then again it may mean that they refer you for secondary examination every time you cross the border.
the minute or wherever they know you crossed the border...they have you !! be careful...
Be sober next time.
Don't try to cross again. You will most likely be arrested and sent to prison.

EDIT: Did not do anything...driving drunk is not doing anything? Ok, this is the USA, driving drunk is a serious crime and is punishable with having your license suspended. Of, course, crossing the border is a crime too if you do it illegally.
They will most likely detain you.
