Um... there was no such thing as the USA until ENGLISH ex-patriots came over and built it - the first major wave of immigrants were GERMAN.
The USA's first culture was primarily Germanic, many elements of this still exist.
im from texas, we didnt like mexican laws or influence so we loaded our guns, started a fight, and WON our independance from mexico.
unfortunately, mexicans are taking over cuz they cant afford condoms and they need the extra money welfare gives them for each kid,... wow, what an honorable breed of people
USA is a melting pot. Its culture is diverse and rooted in many steep traditions from across the world. Including--but certainly not limited to--European, Latino, Asian, etc etc etc.
Although the mystique of the wild west certainly has been immortalized by Hollywood, no question.

Down where i was born, Albuquerque, New Mexico, the culture is very heavily Hispanic. But where I live now, New Jersey, is isn't at all Hispanic. Neither truism is good nor bad.

Ridiculous! The roots of the United States, as a country, are purely European. Even in a geographical context, the "culture, traditions & people" you refer to were only present on less than one-third of what became the United States.
As to Mexican "culture," what, exactly, is it? With the exeption of pre-historic pot making and weaving techniques common to most "cultures" around the world, Mexican "culture" has been almost exclusevly co-opted from other truly advanced "cultures."
It's the John Wayne type that made the USA great. You should not forget that. The only thing our West when we came, was sagebrush and Missions. If we leave, we're taking everything with us. But not until Mexico has purchased it back. I believe property values have gone up since then. Sorry about your bad luck.
