Im american citizen,i would like to give immigrant visa of canada?
Answer:
US Citizens can travel freely into Canada under the North American Free Trade Agreement. They are automatically grantd 6-month visitor visas.
In order to work in Canada, you have two options. You either do a NAFTA job (There's a list on the website) or you don't. NAFTA list jobs require no processing through Human Resources Canada. Non NAFTA jobs require application through HRC before a visa is issued. For both of these you need to already have an employer lined up.
You can go in on a caretaker visa. Two years of being a full-time caretaker for children or senior citizens will allow you to apply for your Permanent Resident Card.
You can make application for your permanent resident card at your leisure. The application fee is $490 CAD, the Card fee is $500 CAD and you need to show that you are employed or that you have approximately $10,000 liquid assets (not loaned, not invested) to support yourself. You will also be subject to a background check and a physical exam. (Usually another $400 CAD).
