Why do H1-B workers have to pay for Social Security and Medicare?

All H-1B visas are gone within 1 to 6 years anyways not to ever be able to claim that money back to the US government in the future. It's like capitalizing for retirement without being granted one cent in retirement pension from it, ever. On top of that, SS payments are not even tax deductible during your legal taxpaying stay in the US. You gotta be kidding me!

Answer:
I have never met a H-1 worker who left. Don't feel sorry for them they are doing as well as anyone else working for a living.
you can roll over to a federal credict union
This has been going on since the beginning of the H1 program in 1990. Congress decided to apply the same tax laws on you without considering if you will ever use Social Security or Medicare.
Because most of them never leave (apply for residency before 6 years expire) and they actually will recieve the benefits.
If it's a bad deal for the worker then he/she should pick a better place to work where they don't pay that kind of tax.
