Since immigration is so slow ,does it help if one calls them constantly to remind them about their case ?

I had a similar problem when my ex-husband and I applied for his papers. The only thing I think that it did was bring it to their attention that it had been so long and no one even looked at it yet. After that it was back in the front of the people's minds, and I think it helped speed things along.
I don't think that calling constantly is going to help things though.
I hope not. My husband and I are about to have a case number. We are filing his green card paperwork in 2 weeks.
I'm sorry immagration is so slow, but we have too many illegals now. So your no longer needed. Immagrat somewhere else.
You just tie up someone who could be working on moving things forward. Your calls only slow down the process.
