You can download a very good booklet written in Spanish from the US Government that will give you information. If you have dial-up internet, it will take a minute or so to download.

go to INS to get the forms that you need for apply for their each one Ofcourse you have to prove income a good one for the last past 3 years at least etc...
the best places to get the answer to your question,is to write your groerment and ask how are you can go to a lawer who works in that area/ are go to the libary and referances it. I know that it takes money and you get a visea. they can vyst for awhile. good luck I hope that you get your familt close to you.
