Why do Illegal Immigrants get away with breaking the law? Why are we afraid to hold them accountable!?

The reason they get away with things is because lots of people (lots in government too) equate illegal immigrant and poor people. Whether this is true or not isn't even the point.
The point is that many people think that if you're considered poor, nothing is your fault. It's society's fault (our fault). If you're illegal and you commit a crime, it isn't your fault. You have no accountability if you're considered poor, because nothing is your fault. Ever. It's pretty condescending if you think about it. But, for those who feel this way, it makes them feel morally superior.
They should be deported at once! The state doesn't want the paperwork or the cost of housing that illegal! Time for a change!
I agree with you 100%, it's crap that the hard working LEAGAL citizens have to worry about things like that. Best of luck to you, the illegals are untouchable
They get away with it because the US government wants them here. Also Americans arent retaliating in the streets against this sort of thing.
I posted the same question yesterday. I got hit by an illegal on Wednesday. Now I have to pay my deductible. The cop arrested him for possession of a false document but informed that he would be out the very same day. He said he goes through the same scenario everyday but unfortunately his hands are tied and he can't deport them. I'm going to sue the guy who hit me and turn him into ICE. The police report gives me his real name and address. I suggest you do the same.

Happened to my Brother and my Mom.
The illegals who hit my Brother got sent to Prison for DUI and then released. This was following a low speed chase after they jumped in their Pickup truck and tried to take off as the DPS officer was talking to my Brother. As my Brother tells it. they couldn't go any faster then about 25mph.
The guy that hit my Mother got sent to the hospital (He put his face into his steering wheel) and disappeared after he walked out. I wonder who paid for his medical bills?
I agree with you totally, it is garbage. They can rape, steal, and kill all day long and our govt won't do a thing to them. They just go on about their business. Let you or I commit the same offense, and we'd be lucky to if we didn't receive the death penalty. Our govt has no balls when it comes to dealing with this issue. I'm sorry for what happened to you, but thats just how it is anymore. Illegals can do whatever they choose and nothing will be done. Its total BS.

You said it, OUR GOVERNMENT. They're our worst enemy right now. Non-Citizens can pick and choose which laws will either benefit them or implicate them.
The end result is that they have MORE rights than American Citizens under American laws. It's the people who make the laws, the people "we" have voted for who are the ones responsible for the demise of this country. Being politically correct will kill us all.

Well, you got what you deserved because many people are fighting , so illegals can not have a drivers license and if there is no drivers license there is no insurance. What does this mean? who looses? who's fall is tit?
That's why people should think that if they keep denying driver license to illegals there will be consequences.
