Oh, I get it, SAN Rafael. If you mean are there rich people in those cities, you bet. That doesn't make life standards for any but the rich better, however.
Homeboy: I love San Diego buddy! The city of Los Padres have the most beautiful girls on earth. But I think Santa Barbara have higher Culture, Santa Cruz better politics, and San Rafael higher economy.
Does not matter really Mexifornia is the best of the west.
I Think San Jose. Its a gateway to silicon valley. Interstingly crimerate there is 10 times less then in SF Oakland, or even Marin county.
Yahoo is in San Jose. So I will vote for Santa Clara county and San Jose :)
The wealthiest is Marin County ( San Rafael)
I like better San Diego because the warm weather
