Why is it that the U.S.A. can try and aid so many others, but turn a blind eye to it's own problems.?
Answer:
The politicians need the problems to cry about if they want to get elected. If there were no problems, they would have to make them up. You think if we developed a Utopian society. the other politicians would just shrug their shoulders and say "How can I improve upon that." One side will always try to block the progress of the other so later they can say " look how badly the other side sucks."

because the president and vp makkes a lot of money on war. there is no money to be made in getting ride of poverty, or making education better. The Goverment is corrupt.
You have it all wrong. The US "helps" (i.e invades, blockades or funds proxy armies) other countries IN ORDER TO turn a blind eye on its domestic problems.
A short history of the US:
Running low on food? Raid the indians
Running low on land? GO West and rob the indians.
Running low on Indian slaves? Buy Africans
Running low on West? Take half of Mexico
Running low on money? Blame the Germans
Running low resources? Go to South America and rob the peasants
Running low on the economy? Go to WWII
Running low harmony at home? Invade Viet Nam
Running low on national pride? Blame chinese, mexicans, mulsims.
After all, it's the best country in the world.
I am guessing because America is the only one able to help any other country they are the only one with the resources and although the world looks down and talks soo badly about America they all depend on America in some form to survive. America is a blessed nation because of all the good they do and all they help they give NO america is not perfect but it's a beautiful country and regardless of what nationality you are from you can't disagree .. :-)
