Renewal of PR Card Canada?

Has anybody rencently applied to renew the PR Card in Canada and specially who arrived before June 2002 and has not compoleted two years stay in canada out of 5 years to maintain the PR status. What will happen if one has not stayed for so long in CAnada / Can anybody kindly advise.
Thank you

Answer:
If you have not met the criteria for maintaining your permanent residency status, then that status is revoked.

If you wish to have PR status, you must start (again) the process of becoming a permanent resident ... from the beginning, as if you've just come to the country. All fees and documentation that you required originally will be required now, starting from the date of your new application.

There are no exceptions.
