Is it possible to change my j-1 visa to EB-1visa? please help....?

Answer:
No. EB-1 is not a visa. EB is a category under which you can apply for green card. EB-1 category is meant for people with extraordinary talent in the field they work. If you are in science then you must have some papers published in Internationally recognized publications like Science etc. If there is condition normally it will be there 2 years residency is required means you must return to your country and come back after 2 years. But you can get a waiver from your country from this rule. It is a lengthy process better consult an immigration attorney.
Hi,

you can change your J-1 visa to any visa unless you're still legally presented in the country. Also make sure that your "pink form" doesn't have note that "you're a subject to 2 years present...." in which case you'll have to leave the country, spend 2 years in country of your origin and apply for a visa again from your home country.
