How to apply birth certificate, passport, and social security number for the infant?

Could any one give me the detail of my questions?

Answer:
The hospital where you gave birth should have gave you all the information you needed about obtaining the birth certificate and SS#. If they did not you can go to the county that you gave birth in and request copies of the birth certificate, and go to the local social security administration and get the form needed to apply for the SS card. After you have gotten these 2 things you can then go get your infants passport. Good Luck
The town or city issues a birth certificate based on info from the hospital. The SS# can usually be applied for from the hospital as well. You must have the SS before you may appl for a passport.
