Will immigration be your greatest concern when voting for president?
Answer:
Absolutely the number one issue. I will not vote for anyone that favors a "comprehensive" plan.
What good does it do us to have the worlds mightiest military if we can't even stop an army of unarmed invaders with a third grade education?
I have seen others on this forum allude to healthcare costs as a more important issue...HELLO, stop giving it away free to 20 million illegals and watch the costs go down.
Sure there are other issues to consider but first I will look at where they stand on illegal immigration.
Hell no. I'm more worried about Iraq, conservation, health care, and reestablishing a good name for America.
No.
Nope.
Not immigration, per se, "Illegal" immigration. No amnesty!! EVER!
Bring... Our... Troops... Home.
=]
That's definately mine, Hillary actually has a good plan for it.
She'd get my vote for sure.
I will be at the top of the list. Not just for President either. Any and all of my elected officials had better realize I am watching the way they vote on this, Iraq, and the whole visa thing. They could be looking for work shortly.
Immigration is a key, but only insomuch as it relates to safety and security. Defense is a priority for me... health care? You want and think you 'deserve' that, well, move to Canada and take the crappy care and long waits that any 'universal' system provides... oh, that and higher taxes.
Defense, safety, security... that is all that a federal government should provide, the rest is up to local decision...
Someone who doesn't favor semi-facist ways of life. Someone who is more concerned with doing what's right for the common good of the people, not the big corporations or lobbyists. He listens to the concerns of the people, and when his approval rating drops to crap, he actually does something more than "stay the course." Not sure anyone fits that description.
Absolutely!
Yes,because illegal immigration is the biggest crisis this country has ever faced.
Immigration is my number one issue when voting for any office at this point. Not just president.
Heck to the mofo'in no! Im more concerned about other things like health care, iraq and gas prices. If the rednecks want to try to vote an anti-mexican conservative in, let them try. There is no way republcians can win 08
Only 5 thumbs down? C'mon people get to work!
yes
Absolutely. It will be my priority for all elections coming up. Both my senators have sold us out,so now I will be voting against them in all future elections. I voted for one last election,he has now lost my support.
Yep! It sure will be with me. We don't need to reform it. We need to enforce the laws we already have! NO AMNESTY FOR ILLEGAL ALIENS.
Immigration and ending the War.
Interesting how we only speak of pulling out of Iraq and not Afghanistan where we also fight insurgents and getting pummelled simultaneously.
Hillary voted FOR AMNESTY. This will cost her any hope of presidency.

Yes...I will not vote for anyone who supports amnesty for these illegal aliens.
Yes it will as a matter of fact.
NO, the war, rising health care, gas prices, globalization, there are so many issues, it would be irresponsible of me to be overly concerned about one.
NO! Iraq will.
The position a candidate takes on Immigration and not giving amnesty to illegal aliens; resolving America's involvement in Iraq; and Tax Proposal--I'm in favor of a Flat Tax.
Obama, Hillarious, McCain, Edwards all voted FOR allowing 12,000,000 law breakers to avoid prosecution or deportation-and we supposed to embrace them? These issues are paramount to who I vote for.
And I am SOOOOO disappointed in Bush and how he has turned on his own party in favor of this terrible amnesty bill.
Yes simply because of the feeling I get from most politicians could care less what the people want. I hate the arrogance and I will vote against it.
only if they are for immigration!
Definitley. To conservatives yes. To liberals no.
