My uncle met a girl in Thailand. He spent ages trying to get her over here (they had already married in Thailand but that doesnt count over here!) She got in on a holiday visa and was supposed to be here for just 2 years but she fell pregnant (accidentally!?!?!?!?!?!?) They cant send her home now because she has two children here.
Now i am not saying to you to go get pregnant just to get your girlfriend into this country!! That would be the wrong thing to do, as is marriage really. They are really lenient in this country, and i dont think she will find it difficult to get over here - it is deffinately harder to get into the us!! (A civil marriage ceremony may help too!!! ) Good luck!
