If i marry am phillippione citizen is it true that my visa is extended?

Answer:
If you are a Phillipino, or any other nationality for that matter, your visa is not automatically extended. You must file the proper paperwork with the US Citizenship and Immigration Service. Speciffically, a Form G-325A for you and your spouse. He/She must also file form I-130. The cost is $190. Both forms are down-loadable at USCIS.Gov and include instructions.
Yes. Infact on techniqality you become a legal citizen via
reverse if you married an american you'd become an
unoffical american.
First of all u should explain where u are at the moment, then what nationality you are, and actually even better tell all of these things to the embassy of the country where u live in order to establish your rights.
Don't just assume, check it. Each country has a different policy with regards to immigration issues.
