after they receive all of the required documents for example they asked for DNA proof of relationship between myself and my son for whom the passport and application is for. He is 3 months old now and this is the final requirment they embassy asked for in my finace's visa petition they told her this will seal the deal. So they will receive the DNA evidence either today 5/17/07 or on 5/21/07. So how long will we have to wait for the actual passport in hand and visas?

In ref to your question about passport/visa. If its a Filipino passport US Embassy does not have control over it. It will come from Philippines DFA. US Embassy only issues US VISAS. In regards to the DNA results; depends when the DNA process started. Seems like its awfully fasts for them to process DNA results (THREE DAYS? I doubt it)
