Has anyone else noticed this trend?

I had someone point out to me and now that I've looked I see what he means.Has anbody else noticed that most of those who are against immigration reform are also Tancredo supporters? Is it because he is against immigration of ALL kinds legal and illegal?Or are they paid to troll websites seeking to garner votes for a politician? What is this facination with Tancredo?

Answer:
That depends on where you’re coming from. Some oppose reform because they want the system to stay how it is. Chaotic. Others oppose reform because they just want all illegal aliens deported. Both are extreme views which do not reflect mainstream America. Which group are you talking about?

Tancredo himself is a strong advocate for strict reform in dealing with illegals. I have never heard him say he is against ALL immigration.

I suppose folks who favor an anti or hard line against illegal immigration would naturally look to Tancredo since he seems to not be very willing to compromise.

People who have illegal immigration at the top of their list of issues will favor Tancredo because the issue is at the top of his list.

To answer your question. No I haven’t noticed.
I think in must be a perception limited to the two of you.
The other options are what in your guesstimation? Please expand on your comment. Thanks.
Tancredo? Never heard of him.
Is he related to Corn-holio?
I got the impression it was just because he actually takes a firm stand on immigration and doesn't waiver with the tide. He has the same opinion no matter how many ways immigrants change the law or culture in their favor. The other politicians vacillate depending on who's being the most vocal so they can do well in the polls. They don't have a strong stand on anything but sacrificing our young people in Iraq.
I've never heard of the guy, and if he's running for president it's doubtful he has a large following. But about 60% of Americans are opposed to amnesty for illegals. So it's a far cry to say most people opposed to immigration reform are supporting this guy.
Tancredo is totally against Illegal Immigration! He has taken a very strong stand against Illegals.
I dont know who Tancredo is.

I would like immigration to freaking stop. What will end up happening each individual European country with its own identity, language and charm will become the land of Mosques on every block and Mexicans who think they own USA & will keep moving North untily they control Canada.

FINAL CONFLICT: will be Mexicans against Muslims

I do not follow anybodies trend. I also do not support Tancredo. My feeling is that I didn't go fight and shed blood for this country so that this illegals can get a free pass! We can and should Arrest and Deport all Illegals, Now, not next week! If you think my feelings are harsh, so be it. Get over it!
I have heard of Tancredo but I don't think a lot of people follow him. They just realize the economic stresses that giving 12 million ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS amnesty would cause on our social security, medical and educational system. Not to mention the moral question of granting amnesty and rewarding criminals. I think a lot of people would follow Tancredo on this issue if they actually knew who he was.
I am not a Tancredo supporter by far in fact I know little or nothing about the man and you just made a huge generalization. If I were against immigration I would be against family members. We have a legal means to become a citizen, use it.
