Isn't it past time that ways to evade deportation is halted? Stop criminal and fugitive illegal aliens?
Dominican national Ricardo Anthony Rondo was convicted of possession of drugs with intent to distribute. He was also convicted of aggravated assault in 2002, according to ICE reports. He was arrested as a criminal alien during the recent ICE operation.
There were also 4 fugitive illegal aliens arrested 3 were Mexican nationals ages 20, 22, and 27 along with a 28-year-old Costa Rican national.
El Salvadorian national Pedro Nicolas Segura, 40, living in Red Bank, had 4 charges, 1 that was a felony, and Ecuadorian national Johnny Augustine Jiminez, 27, had 7 prior convictions.
“The fugitive alien left following the judge’s final order of removal and decided to remain in the country illegally and change their identity and do a number of things. By virtue of those actions, they become a fugitive. Not in every case is the person secured to go back to their country of origin.”

They need to be personally escorted out of the country by law officials. Just as they escort criminals for their extraditions. It's as simple as that.
Our idiot government keeps promising border security. They have been doing this for decades and we still have nothing. Jorge Bush is making things worse.
What also upsets me is the people here on Yahoo! that are whining about the fact that they are married to an illegal alien that is facing deportation. "What can I do?" Geeze! The illegal is a criminal and SHOULD be deported. Then you have people instructing them to call an immigration lawyer. Excuse me, they shouldn't be here. The law says that they must leave.
Then there's the people that are claiming, and granting, statuary! Give me a break!
Bottom line, the illegals should be here. They must leave. This is not a racist issue since it isn't about race - it's about our laws!
Unfortunately, getting back here even after being deported is easy. New ID. Now that person "isn't" the criminal that got deported. Where else but here can you just buy a new ID that wipes out what you did in the past?
And our government is so scared of the backlash of actually punishing these criminals. But, think about it, every illegal immigrant is a criminal, their first being coming here against our laws. After that, the other crimes are pretty easy to commit. And if the heat is on with one name, buy another. These are not "poor people". Since Jan 2006, 33 billion dollars have been sent south of the border from the US. New ID is a drop in the hat.
If companies were fined heavily enough, we would have the money to deport them all, including the ones that clog corners waiting to find "day labor" jobs.

We are 21 years behind deporting these leeches ! As you can see 5 of the leeches that were caught were under 10 years old when there should have been Law & Order back in 1986 ! Thank You Ted Kennedy , he should be shot for Treason for starting this whole mess with his power grabbing for votes in `86 !! The more Illegals he could get in the country , the more he could demand their loyalty in an election , because he would tell them , as he has for 21 years , " Look what I did for you Illegals and your families , so now I need a favor from you and your families ; I need your vote" ??
I truly believe that our immigration system is not broken. Its just for political reasons that our Immigration laws are not being enforced. If our immigration laws were able to be enforced the illegal alien population would be much smaller than it is now. But what one person previously wrote, people hire immigration lawyers. By hiring these lawyers the majority of these aliens are allowed to stay due to humanitarian reasons, children, sickness etc.
You know how the French deport their illegal immigrant. They duct tape their mouth shut and handcuff them and escort them on a commercial flight. I'm trying to figure which country is more tolerant towards illegal immigrants.
