Did anybody immigrate to US as a Registered Nurse?

Work petition has been approved but additional documents were requested. Does anybody hav same situation?

Answer:
What? You can come over and work as a RN on an H-1B visa and apply for Permanent Residency. Is that what you're asking? You cannot immigrate based on occupation.

If they're asking for additional documents, it may be because your credentials are not right. Send in whatever they ask you for and wait for the official decision.
it depends if you have been trained in the USA.
Most people I know that were doctors and nurses that came form Europe, had to start their whole medical training over., because of some form of language barrier or the medical school did not meet American standards.
