If they cared about the person they would help them become a legal immigrant and pay them a living wage with benefits.

It's all about the money. As the "hispanic" population increases and becomes a likely consumer, the companies find ways to get their business. The problem is they are expecting the average every day American to adapt to the hispanic consumer in order to keep low wage jobs, communicate with customers and even as a customer expected to communicate with immigrants who don't speak or read English well. For example, whenever we have an immigrant delivery person they are late and difficult to understand. What language do you expect this middle aged white woman to learn in order to get her deliveries on time? Arabic? Spanish? one of the Asian languages? Give me a break. Multiculturalism decreases productivity and product quality and customer satisfaction. If they want to be Americans they need to adapt to America and learn the language. Or the companies could hire Americans and not expect them to do anything but their jobs.
All those people care about is their wallet, they care nothing for American citizens or the illegals.
