Is a CIVIL WAR coming to America- been two fatal shootings on the south side, just over the border fence this?
This is related to the fighting over the trails between the drug runners and the human smugglers. It may also be related to the recent kidnappings for ransom in Tijuana of members of a drug cartel by anther gang. (For Spanish Speakers, this has been covered extensively in La Opinion.)
The Border Patrol has increased its numbers and is militarized. They are trying to prevent the killings from coming over the border.

How could a simple gang of drug traffickers spark a civil war? It could cause some problems for law enforcement in the area but how exactly is it going to turn to country against itself.
People kill each other down there pretty often. Also they shoot at Americans. One person offered $10,000 for every border patrol killed.

You look every where to try to instill fear, #1 there is no civil war coming. #2 a rock dose not have the same effects as a bullet, I did not see those rocks destroying Israeli tanks in Gaza. If law enforcement did not have the goal of killing someone ,they can shoot a person to wound not to kill. In the North Hollywood shootout not one of those many law enforcement people could shoot those two guys in the head, body armor dose not protect you from a head shot.
