How about if we solve the Mexican Immigration problem by admitting Mexico into the United States?
Answer:
Not, it wont solve anything. You will need to admit the whole Central and South America plus Asia too.
I think here the law is too week because they are too afraid to be called racist. If you are an illegal Mexican immigrant, or British or Canadian or whatever, then you must be send back for the first time (plus making your country pay for the costs), and jail for the second time. How can a country have millions of people living underground paying no taxes and stealing other's identities?
I'm against illegal immigration but the only one capable of solving the Mexican Immigration Problem is Mexico itself, by creating human living conditions for its people instead of sucking the blood out of them.
do you think the mexicans want to be americans?? i dont think they do
Should we also then admit all the other countries of the world to solve the immigration problems with the illegals from their countries too. Not all the illegals are Mexican, half are Asian.
What are you insane? Add to our welfare problems! I'm taxed enough already!
I agree, but then again there are other countries as well
What most people don't realize is that Bush in 2005 signed into agreement with Vicente Fox and the Canadian Prime Minister the SP&P which will actually create an American Union much like the EU
The logic to that solution is totally backwards. It's like saying we can solve the drug problem in the country by making all drugs legal. That way the government can regulate them. As far as vacation hot spots, one of the reasons people like going to Mexico is for the exchange rate we can get there. If they were part of the US..POOF...that would be gone. Then you have the issue of illegal immigration coming from the central america countries that border Mexico if Mexico were to become part of the US. So no, that would not be a good way to solve the problem.
No, we send all the Mexicans to Puerto Rico. It's a territory. Tell 'em that's as close to America as you'll get. Esta bien.
It would severely depress the US economy for one, introducing 100 million low income individuals into the economy. Second, it would severely tax the US welfare system, possibly driving the government to greatly increase taxes. Third, they don't want to be US citizens, which is what all these "pathways to citizenship" people keep missing.
mexican gov't wouldn't allow it. they're more power hungry and greedy then any of our politicians,
The problem is that Mexico is a third world country.Which would mean we would have a huge population that is indigent and we wouldn't have the resources to help everyone, its a pitty, but thats the reality.
The small problems we have here are nothing compared to the problems they have in Mexico. It just wouldn't be worth it for the US.
Oh, yeah. Instead of footing the bill for a few of them we'd be doing it for the whole country. What a great solution!!
George W Bush will think about it, for the mean time.Bush Prescott is living in Mexico and learning Spanish
Anch is right-look up 'the North American Union' that the govt has orchestrated w/o the voice of the American people THAT THEY ARE ELECTED TO REPRESENT?
Get ready for leprosy as it will be on the rise. How do Canadians(if they know) feel about this.

WE CAN SOLVE THE DRUG PROBLEM BY MAKING
DRUGS LEGAL! CANADA and other countries who do make drug illegal, do not have a drug problem.
DURING PROHIBITION crime was up because of whiskey. PEOPLE STILL DRANK AND GOT DRUNK BUT WHEN they legalized alcohol, crimes related to GETTING ALCOHOL WENT DOWN. If they legalized drugs, that doesn't mean people will stop using BUT IT DOES MEAN the cost will go down AND PEOPLE Won't have to car-jack , beat old women up for their purse, commit so many petty as well felonious crimes to get it. Addicts may still be addicts, but the public will be safer.POLITICAL DRUG PUSHERS, in and out the white house may lose a few dollars, but the public will be safer!
YEP,I can see the logic in his the questioner's solution.

I REMEMBER when employers got tired of being forced to pay more UNEMPLOYMENT taxes for workers, and higher salaries for workers and more fringe benefits for the workers, so they packed up and either moved their businesss out of the country or they sold their businesses to other countries. I remember when people complained so hard when employers were taking their
business to MEXICO and hired cheap labor there. The Mexicans didn't have to come here,
employers took the jobs to them and brought the products back here to sell. THEY ARE STILL DOING THAT. Some veggie markets are buying their vegetables out of the country and the sell the veggies and fruits dirt cheap. THE STORE IS ALWAYS FULL COS we can afford to buy what they are selling. If employers have cheap labor they can afford to sell cheap to customers. I LIKE THAT. I NEED THAT, I AM NOT RICH AND CANNOT AFFORD 1.50 FOR AN ORANGE OR $2.29 FOR A LB OF TOMATOESS. ONE TOMATOE CAN WEIGH A POUND. So, I'm saying
maybe people don't like the Mexicans here working cheaper, BUT I LOVE IT. I really wish I could find a Mexican to come and clean for me everyday. AMERICANS don't do domestic work anymore but domestic workers are still needed for senior citizen and for working moms.
My hat is off to you. At least you are TRYING to find a solution beneficial to both sides rather than one selfish side. THOUSANDS OF THUMBS UP
TO YOU.
SOMETHING TO THINK ABOUT AND SEE HOW ANYONE COULD BLAME THIS ON MEXICANS:
Joe Smith started the day early having set his alarm clock (MADE IN JAPAN) for 6 a.m. While his coffeepot (MADE IN CHINA) was perking, he shaved with his electric razor (MADE IN HONG KONG). He put on a dress shirt (MADE IN SRI LANKA), designer jeans (MADE IN SINGAPORE) and tennis shoes (MADE IN KOREA).
After cooking his breakfast in his new electric skillet (MADE IN INDIA) he sat down with his calculator (MADE IN MEXICO) to see how much he could spend today. After setting his watch (MADE IN TAIWAN) to the radio (MADE IN INDIA) he got in his car (MADE IN GERMANY) and continued his search for a good paying AMERICAN JOB.
At the end of yet another discouraging and fruitless day, Joe decided to relax for a while. He put on his sandals (MADE IN BRAZIL) poured himself a glass of wine (MADE IN FRANCE) and turned on his TV (MADE IN INDONESIA), and then wondered why he can't find a good paying job in..AMERICA..
THIS IS WHERE THE JOBS HAVE GONE
