Visa to the US?

Hello. I will be very glad if you can help me with followings;
I am from one of asian countries. This year I am 28 and married, have 2 sons. Currently I live in my country with my family. I have a valid US B1/B2 visa that was issued for 10 years which I used to visit to the US twice, but I never overstayed. I wanted my family to see the US. Especially my wife, because there are lots of differences between me and my wife, because I lived in the US twice where I learned lots of things. So my wife applied for tourist visa 3 years ago but the US embassy denied her visa. The Embassy, I think, does not believe us. What is the best way to send my wife to the US. I and my family don't have any intention to live in the US forever. Do you think I have to obtain a student visa and then let my wife apply for dependent visa? Which way is the best? But remember, we'll not live in the US illegally, therefore we love our home country. Please advice me, any experiences welcome. Thanks!

Answer:
Follow the U.S. law for all visits. I would not want anyone to come to the U.S. under illegal or false pretenses. Please, either come and visit legally, or don't come at all. It's not that you aren't welcome, but you must understand that we have a serious immigration problem here...not to mention trying to control terrorism from many fronts. The U.S. is getting tough on managing who comes and why, so follow their procedures, and I'm sure that if you are honest, you will eventually be permitted to come visit.

Good luck, and God bless.
go back 2 asia, itll be a lot easier. lol jk. i really dont kno im only 13
As long as you have a passport, just come and say you're on vacation. Unless you cannot leave, until you have a visa?
