HELPPPP! I applied for my infant son's passport in April and the process time is 10 weeks but I need to travel

next week. Is there anyway I can get it by then?

Answer:
Follow-up your application at the Immigration Office where you applied in order to know the status of the passport.
Keep your son with a relative and then travel.
You need to go to the local immigration and naturalization office and apply in person. It can be done, but be prepared to spend several days chasing down the correct people and paperwork.

All else fails call your congressional rep and ask for help.
You should have gone in Person, if you mailed it he is not
going.
My husband applied for his about a month ago and got it in about 10 days in the mail.
He went in person and had everything with him, this is in california maybe where you are is a little diferent.
