My parents are from Vietnam, and both are Vietnamese. I don't know why they were in Thailand, but all I know is that I was born in Thailand, and 3 when I was 3 months old I moved to the US. During Katrina my mom lost all of my paper work. We been busy with a lot of other things and haven't gotten the chance to re do my paper work. I finally re did my green card, and also my SS card. How would I go about getting my BC from Thailand? Thanks in advance.
