I think they should face felony charges for knowingly hiring illegal aliens. When they hire illegal aliens they know they won't have to provide health insureance, pay into social security, provide workmans compensation or a myriad of other programs that would be required if they hired U.S. citizens. The taxpayers are left to pick up the bills for educating and caring for illegals.
Why not. Giving jobs to illegals to maximize profit is wrong. Hell, just charge $10,000 for every illegal employed. That would put some fear in some of the more nefarious companies, and could even threaten to bankrupt some smaller businesses. Send the message, "Do what's right or don't do it at all."
