it is sad but true and it is in dispute if the drug dealer had a weapon or not. really not important as this dealer had over 700lbs of illegal drugs in his possession, we cannot assume this was just for his 'personal' use. the us tracked him down in Mexico only to help him, along with the Mexican government to come back and file charges. he was caught again less than a month after this incident doing the same exact thing. the border agents were doing their job but they were jailed while the criminal went free. also, he has now filed a lawsuit and will probably be a millionaire. who says crime doesn't pay. mean while, two agents sit in jail and their families are paying the price too. see below for ltr from one of their wives.

I think we are talking about two different cases here, The one I mentioned was in Arizona when a car load of undocumented were arrested in a car in the desert, as they got out of the car an agent shot one in the back killing him. the agent said he was resisting arrest, the other undocumented said no one resisted arrest in any way. The agents are awaiting trial for murder.
