go to the american embassy in your country or the nearest one you can get to. tell them what you want to do. good luck.
You get someone else in another country to sponser your move to live over there. and btw...why does it have to be the american embassy?

First thing first: Learn the language. It's cheap and affordable in Iran. Then you won't have to do low jobs like cleaning toilets.
