How does my friend pass the impossibly difficult immigration test for a visa?
Answer:
what impossibly difficult immigration test?
are you referring to the English test?
cos if you are, then she should go to some English lesson...
i have just been granted a visa for 5yrs and never took any test so I'm not sure what exactly you're referring to
live a normal intergrated life and learn.
the test is not hard at all . if you direct your friend to the Immigration and naturalization web site they have sample questions and practice tests to help study for the test.
God forbid you might have to put forth some effort.
If she's living with her British husband and child she can get permanent residency without having to take any tests. She's just got to prove (by utility bills, letters etc.) that she lives with her husband. Once she's been a resident for 5 years she can apply for citizenship. If she wants citizenship she's got to pass a Life in the UK test, which is in English but I'm sure that in a couple of years she would speak enough English to be able to pass that test.
If you mean indefinate leave to remain, you pass it the same way everyone else does, by studying. The Home office has all the documentation, you don't need to buy anything. If her english is not strong she is going to need her husband to help her and go through the practice tests together. It is not impossible, it just requires a bit of effort.
By possibly studying for it.
She must be able to prove that she has lived with him for at least 2 years, that they are in a genuine relationship and intend to be.i dont know of any test but they do an interview to make sure that their relationship s genuine and also they have to intend to marry in a reasonable amount of time to come in on spouses visa usually 6months.Having a baby means nothing i am canadian and my partner is british we have a child and even though she was born here she is british by blood but does not have citizan ship until she is naturalized.and believe me if she does not do this the right way they will seperate the child from its mother or father it depends if the father will agree to a passport if he dosnt she will be deported and the child will remain in britian.its a hard process but gl to you.
If it was impossibly difficult, then no one would pass it. Plenty of people have. Tell your friend to try studying.
Some things are worth working for - I don't believe it is 'impossibly' difficult - not going by current statistics in any case!
if you know about english culture then it is a very easy test. otherwise get the guide book and read it. if you have a reasonable grasp of english, your friend will sail through. good luck
Rightly or wrongly, its the rules.
Forget immigration test. If your friend who is married to Brit and living in UK then she should already have Visa for 2 years.
28 days before Visa runs out go to www.ind.homeoffice.govt.uk/app... and scroll down to Form set M. Download this form, fill in the form about her and her Husband, send together with £335 cheque , job done.
She would not need to do this test if her husband is british and their child was born in the Uk
And what do you mean by that?
Are you jealous?
And there's no such thing as test!
People who apply for a visa have to attend an interview in the Embassy.
Are u taking the piss, if this test was so hard then their would be far less people passing every day. It sounds like your friend is a bit silly as writing your name gets a pass, and spelling it wrong means you are classed as dyslexic so more benefits.
