Being that her felony is over 10 years old, would marrying her still fix my status?

My gf's felony is over 10 years old(American citizen) Could my status still be fixed?

Answer:
It is my understanding that it makes no matter how OLD a felony is - a felony is a felony now or 45 years from now. In the US, when you commit a felony, you lose certain rights as an American - like the chance to vote for example.

So I would guess that it isn't going to matter how long it is - marrying her will not fix your status.

Here is an idea: BECOME A NATURALIZED CITIZEN - why not go that route?
If you are a Muslim then understand you and your kind are "Persona Non Grata" no matter who you marry or who you pay to marry you there is a Bill in the Senate to prevent Islamic followers of their blood soaked God called Allah from marrying any US citizen under pain of deportation. Go home and beat an Arab and leave our women alone.
Marriage doesn't automatically fix status, in any event, just so you know. As to the felony, since it is hers not yours, I am not sure why it is a problem, but you should contact immigration about it, for a straight answer.
check it in yahooooooo !!!!!!!
