Mexican government, why don't you make a job plan for the Mexicans who emigrate, so they can stay home?

I totally agree. It is not a race issue at all. The problem of immigration needs to be solved from their end as well. They need to go protest over there and demand change and cleansing from corruption within their own government.
The government is corrupt and there is a lack of infrastructure. CHinese labour is cheaper and they have one of the best infrastructure. THe government has some corruption, but the government can be harsh if they see corruption interferring with trade. Mexico has developped a socialist policy to spend money providing benefits with their oil money. This is a bad idea since the oil money is temporary. THe government only cares about short term goals of getting reelected rather than using the oil to aid its industry for the future.
I agree with you. I also don't believe they "enjoy" feeling like they have to leave their country in order to survive. Yes, when they come here to "do the jobs Americans won't do," they are basically low paid slave labor and are often taken advantage of.
The Mexican government doesn't want to... do you have any idea at the LARGE amount of cash that is sent back to Mexico from Mexicans working in the USA with families back home.... millions of dollars.
