Where is the outcry for the children of CITIZENS that have parents in jail/prison?
I thought that if you break the law you go to jail regardless as to whether or not you have children.

Oh yeah, but they don't have a logical answer to that, all they have are emotional pleas.

You commit a crime you should pay the price, regardless of all the sobbing "but my poor kids"
A good parent would think twice about their actions before making a move that may separate them from their children in such a way.
All criminals should do their time in jail/prison, whether they have kids or not.
Well you see the problem with that is they don't care about their own citizens.
If you commit a crime and KNOWINGLY put your children in jeopardy, yes, you should be in jail- regardless.
HOWEVER, if you come here, and happen to fall in love with an American Citizen and she have your child, and, you are a good, productive citizen, and, a WONDERFUL loving father, then, you should have a right (moreso, you child should) to be a parent.
And, if this is in response to MY post yesterday, the children that are left behind by abuse and neglect, this is the precise population that I work with professionally. Many families I deal with are, in fact, in jail. So, I am upset and concerned for them too. LOL
So you think have children an your exempt to our laws and get a pass on going to jail. Isn't that what got this entire immigration issue started in the first place. Breaking our laws & you get amnesty. I guess it must something in the water.The illegal an Dem's must drink out of the same pot?As they sure think the same.
