I have a resident alien card and I want to become a US Citizen, what do I do?

Answer:
immigration laws varies from different countries. in some cases, if you have your resident alien card, you need to be a resident of the US for 5 years and then file your request at the immigration. After that, a scheduled interview and a test will follow as long as your papers have been processed. The best bet is going to your country's consulate or the US embassy to check which law applies to you.
