Just guessing on what I've seen - in the Americas, Mexico probably has the most immigrants ( both legal and illegal). Mexico gets a lot of transient immigration from south of its border and then gets all the international tourists. I once lived in Merida and you'd be suprised how many people who live there aren't Mexicans.
Mexico has a lot of immigration from other portions of Latin America, but it is cancelled out by the immigration from Mexico to the United States.
The UK and Ireland have high rates of immigration as seen by their higher than average population growth rates in Europe.
